Led by Alex Sosias—an experienced posing coach— you'll learn the basics of bodybuilding poses, as well as the importance of symmetry and muscle control. You'll also have the opportunity to practice your poses and receive constructive feedback to help you make the most of your routine. Whether you're a seasoned competitor or just starting to explore bodybuilding, this seminar will help you improve your confidence in posing. There will be sessions for both men and women—the men’s session will be held from 11am to noon, with the women’s session beginning at noon.
For this seminar, members will be required to purchase an event pass. Non-members will be required to purchase both an event pass and a day pass, which includes access to the facility for the day to train.
