Hometown Barbell is Frederick, Maryland’s premier Powerlifting and Bodybuilding Gym. At Hometown, we provide everything you need to succeed at the highest level, from equipment, space, nutrition and supplements, to athlete support staff and a winning culture.

Our Facility
Our facility is one of only four in the state of Maryland that is USAPL certified to host powerlifting competitions.
